How do I accept Ogone ecommerce payment in my Shop?
To accept Ogone ecommerce as a payment Method you must have a) a GlobeCharge Online Order management account. b) a Merchant account with Ogone, Contact Ogone to apply for an account.
Important: Once you have signed up for
your Ogone account you will need to send email to support@globecharge.com. In this
email please mention your
PSPID (your Ogone username), URL of your shop (eg. www.yourdomain.com) and your contact
details. When we receive your email we will setup the technical parameters in
your Ogone account and send you an email with instructions (see point 6 below)
To find out if you have Online Order management in your GlobeCharge account do the following:-
1. Login to www.globecharge.com using you globecharge username and password 2. Click on Settings => Subcribed Services from the Menu 3. On the screen below "Online Order Management should be "ticked"
If it is ticked but "greyed out" it means that this service is part of another service you signed up for.
Online Order Management service is automatically included in :- - GlobeCharge Business Plus - GlobeCharge Paypro (Europe only) - GlobeCharge Busines Plus Paypro (Europe Only) - Reseller Tracking - ESD - Electronic Service Goods Delivery
If you have Online Order management then go to Setup below, if not then you can add it as a service by clicking it in the "above window" and clicking "Update account", you will be charged the appropriate fee.
Setup Ogone in GlobeCharge Note:You
should only set up Ogone in GlobeCharge if you have received an email from us
that your account has been setup and you also received an email from Ogone that
your account has been activated. If you setup Ogone before this your Ogone
integration will fail.
To
setup Ogone in GlobeCharge please login to your GlobeCharge account: 1. Login to www.globecharge.com => choose Settings => Payment Methods accepted from the menu 2. Click Yes to "Use an automatic payment service" and Click Next 3. Choose Ogone ecommerce from the list (Click the box on the right hand side) and click Next
4. Choose the order you want to accept payment in and Click next
5. Choose your primary currency (it must be the same as Shopfactory) and Click Next
6. Enter your Ogone account details, information required is
PSPID (the username that you
have created for your Ogone account) SHA-1 Signature (This is a signature that we will create for you and will be
emailed to you)
7. Click on the Set Currencies to choose currencies you wish to accept, the primary currency has to be chosen here.
8. Choose the card types you wish to accept by Clicking the "box" next to the payment type and Click next
9. The next screen shows the card types you wish to accept (these must be valid for your Ogone account). Once you are happy this is correct, click Finish to accept the settings.
10. Now you need to make sure ShopFactory is setup to use GlobeCharge, for more details look at the FAQ below.
